My mattress was delivered and the box was damaged, what do I do?
This is common and nothing to worry about. Please open the box and check your mattress well and if there are any problems please contact us and we will take care of everything for you. It is normal for the brown box to have some shipping damage but is very rare for the mattress to have any damage. We are here to help if you have any questions or concerns.
What is the return policy?
We're confident you'll love your new mattress, but if you don't you have up to 100 nights to let us know.
Enjoy your mattress for at least 30 nights. This allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. If you decide the mattress isn't for you, we will work with you to make it right or schedule for it to be picked up from your home then refund the full purchase price.

How do you setup a SleepTexan.com mattress?
1. Bring the box to your bedroom.
2. Open the box. Then lay the box on its side and lift from the end. Let gravity help you pull it out.
3. Place the mattress roll on your bed.
4. Use the provided safety cutting tool to open and remove the plastic wrapper. Be careful to not accidentally cut the mattress or yourself, it is sharp.
5. The mattress will start to expand, now you can unfold the mattress and remove the protective plastic cover.
6. The foam needs up to 48 hours to regain its proper firmness and shape, but you can sleep on your mattress right away.
Setup Tips:
1. Many people need help moving a mattress. Invite a friend or two if needed.
2. Give yourself at least 30 days to become one with your new mattress.
3. Don't rush it, you have 100 days to make sure you and your SleepTexan.com mattress are made for each other.
4. The new mattress smell usually goes away after 48 hours. You would want to air out too if you were wrapped like that...

When will I receive my mattress?
You can expect delivery of your luxury SleepTexan.com mattress within 3-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping outside Continental United States is not available.
Why do all of your mattresses look the same?
We have designed a top quality breathable luxury plush mattress cover while cutting no corners in materials or highly skilled Made in the USA construction; and we offer this same cover on all of our mattresses. If we produced multiple colors or design variations it would increase the cost of the mattresses and would do nothing for your sleep quality. Many mattress companies use different covers to market their beds differently but we decided to cut out the marketing gimmicks and showroom prices to deliver the best mattress to your door at the best price.
